Tonight Gnomedex 7 starts. I’m excited. Not only to hear what each of the speakers have to say but to meet and converse with people that think like me. Let me put that another way-with people that I would like to think like someday. Just take a look at the people that are going.
I’m especially excited to meet the people that live and work here in Seattle, since I am somewhat new to the area.
This will be a new experience for me. My first conference. It’s nice to know exactly who will be there. I have spent some time the last few days finding out more about some of the people attending. I’m looking forward to meeting lots of people.
Anybody that is going (or not), make sure you let me know if I can help you with any ideas or miscellaneous projects. Besides working on a few projects, I’m still looking for a job in Seattle. And in the meantime, I would love to help anybody out. Just ask.
